End of Sale for Local Edition and Service Discontinuation of Brain Builder for AITRIOS

We are writing to inform you that Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation has discontinued sales of the Local Edition product as of December 10, 2025, due to the end of service for Brain Builder for AITRIOS (developed by Neurala Inc.), which is included with the Local Edition product.

As outlined below, software download services and technical support will also be discontinued accordingly.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding during this transition.

    • Using the Product
      You may continue to use Brain Builder for AITRIOS until your current license period expires. However, please note that license renewals and new purchases will not be available after December 10, 2025, as sales have ended.
    • AI Models and Datasets
      AI models and datasets that have already been exported from Brain Builder for AITRIOS can continue to be used on compatible edge devices*.
      AI models and datasets in Brain Builder for AITRIOS that have not been exported will no longer be exportable after your license period expires. Please ensure you export all necessary models and datasets before your license expiration date.

  • IMPORTANT NOTICE: For Customers with Purchased but Unactivated Licenses
    • License Activation Deadline
      Brain Builder for AITRIOS licenses cannot be activated after March 31, 2026(JST). Please be sure to activate your license and begin using the software before this deadline.
