Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation (“SSS”) will exhibit at the “International Logistics Comprehensive Exhibition 2025 – 4th INNOVATION EXPO,” held at Tokyo Big Sight from September 10 to 12, 2025. SSS will showcase its edge AI sensing platform “AITRIOS™” and the “Robotics Package” for Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs).

We will present case studies of logistics digital transformation using AITRIOS and the Robotics Package.

Edge AI Sensing Platform “AITRIOS”

We will exhibit the edge AI sensing platform "AITRIOS", which enables the acquisition of data necessary for on-site improvements in the logistics industry.

We will showcase demonstrations and panels utilizing AITRIOS, which supports the development and operation of solutions using edge AI technology, along with compact cameras (edge devices) equipped with intelligent vision sensors that have AI processing capabilities.

Automatically captures waiting and loading times, identifies issues, and generates improvement reports.
Use case: API integration with Hacobu’s MOVO Berth and business intelligence tools.

Robotics Package for Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs)

We will be exhibiting the “Robotics Package”, a software solution launched in August 2024 to support the efficient development, deployment, and operation of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs). In addition to being highly evaluated by users, we will showcase a demonstration of AMRs equipped with newly enhanced 3D environmental recognition capabilities.

The Robotics Package provides essential navigation and multi-unit control functions required for autonomous robot movement. This enables flexible implementation of robotic automation and efficiency improvements in workplaces traditionally operated by humans, without requiring major changes to existing systems, environments, or workflows.

The Robotics Package has been upgraded to support 3D sensors, allowing for 3D environmental recognition, and the AMRs can now be safely operated even in challenging environments such as logistics warehouses, where pallets or cardboard boxes may protrude from shelves-areas that were previously difficult to detect.

At the exhibition, you will witness how AMRs can be easily and safely introduced into workspaces, as well as how they accurately perceive their surroundings using 3D sensors to avoid obstacles.
